This luxury home is a stand out at Salt’s exclusive Avoca Street. The owners needed a state of the art home automation system to control the sound, lighting, media and ambience of the home. Matt Electric installed a CBUS control smart system to seamlessly control these elements.  A new air conditioning system was also installed.

With large rooms and many wall features, a unique lighting design scheme was required to both highlight artwork and create a range of ambient settings for various rooms within the home. This intricate lighting design was created by Matt Electric’s resident lighting design consultant Matt Hanley.
