The owners of Houston Apartments (4 unit block), Currumbin Beach , contracted Matt Electric to undertake the electrical refurbishment of the entire building.

This included updating the consumer mains allowing for the refurbishment. With modern appliances such as coffee machines, and a new air conditioning system for 4 units, rewiring of the block was required.

The challenge with this job, was the refurbishment was undertaken while tenants resided in the premises. To avoid any disturbance to tenants, a backup generated was used for the power supply. The 4 units were modernized with architectural lighting.
