Ormeau State School upgrade

Matt Electric has been awarded the contract to undertake the electrical and associated services for the upgrade of the Ormeau State School project.

The renovation includes, the upgrade of air quality, data systems and fire services within the School.

The project includes:

* Supply and installation of Voice and Data Systems (MATV, Video, PABX, MDF as per ICT standards)
* Electrical
* Switchboard & Sub-Main Upgrade
* Mechanical Air Conditioning supply and HVAC
* Supply and installation of ceiling fans
* Emergency Lighting
* Light Fittings & Controls
* Security & Intercom systems
* Temporary Power
* CBUS Automation Installation
* Day light harvesting allowing for full daylight sensing in building making improving Ormeau State School's progress to a Smart School
* Improved energy efficiency solutions
* Defects liability period
* Ongoing testing and tagging on electrical plant and equipment
